About these terms

These terms apply to bookings made through this website for private airport and city transfers in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (the service). By submitting a booking you agree to them.

Our service

We provide private transfers between Bole International Airport (ADD) and destinations in Addis Ababa, using vehicles from our own fleet. The vehicle types, seats and fixed prices are shown on the site before you book.

Bookings and confirmation

Submitting a booking on the site is a request. We confirm it with you, normally on WhatsApp or by phone using the number you provide, and we send your driver's details before your pickup.

Vehicle availability is shown per vehicle type and can change. If the vehicle you chose is no longer available, we will offer you an alternative or a different time before your pickup.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are fixed for the trip you book: no surge pricing and no meter. The price covers the ride, standard waiting time at arrivals and any tolls on the route. If you change your trip (for example to a drop-off outside the area you gave us), we will agree the new price with you first.

At the moment there is no online payment. You pay your driver on arrival, or by a deposit or bank transfer we agree with you. If we add online payment later, we will update these terms.

Flight delays

If you give us your flight number, we track your flight and move your pickup time if it is delayed, at no extra charge.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate trip details (drop-off, date, time, number of passengers) and a working phone number.
• Choose a vehicle with enough seats and luggage space for your group.
• Follow reasonable safety instructions from your driver, including wearing a seat belt.

Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or reschedule as described in our Cancellation Policy.

Our responsibility

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We cannot control traffic, road closures, weather, or airport and airline delays, and we are not responsible for losses caused by them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Reviews you submit

If you leave a review, you allow us to publish it on this site. We may edit or remove reviews that are abusive, unrelated to our service or contain personal details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you make a booking applies to that booking.
