Who we are

This site is operated by Addis Airport Transfer, a private airport and city transfer service in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site and how we use it.

What we collect

• Booking details: drop-off location, pickup date and time, number of passengers, chosen vehicle, and your flight number if you provide it.
• Contact details: the phone number (with country code) you enter when booking.
• Language: the language you were viewing the site in when you booked.
• Reviews: the name, rating, comment and optional trip description you submit.
• Messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and the messages you send.

How we use it

• To confirm and carry out your transfer, and to contact you about your pickup.
• To answer questions and handle changes or cancellations.
• To publish reviews you submit, once we have approved them.
• To keep the service running, secure and accurate.

Language and location

We may use the country your connection appears to come from, once, to suggest Arabic or English. We do not store this. A cookie remembers the language you choose.

Who can see your information

Your booking details and phone number are visible to our staff and to the driver assigned to your trip, so they can meet you. We use trusted providers to run the site, including a database and hosting provider and WhatsApp for messaging. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

This site may show reviews loaded from Google. Google may receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) when your browser loads the profile pictures of those reviewers.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your language. Our staff sign-in area uses cookies to keep staff signed in. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights, and we will respect them.

Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect the information we hold. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
