Free cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge at any time before your driver is dispatched for your pickup.

How to cancel or change

• Message us on WhatsApp using the button on this site.
• Include your booking reference (it starts with ADS-) so we can find your booking quickly.
• Tell us whether you want to cancel or move to a new date or time.

After your driver has been dispatched

If your driver is already on the way, contact us as soon as you can. We will look at the situation with you and agree the fairest outcome.

Flight delays and changes

A delayed or rescheduled flight is not a cancellation. Share your flight number and we adjust your pickup time at no extra charge.

If we cancel

If we cannot provide your transfer, we will tell you as early as possible, offer an alternative vehicle or time, and refund any deposit you have paid.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we return it using the same method you paid with, as soon as reasonably possible.
